Shipping policy

At Torii, we ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.

You will receive a tracking ID from our logistics partners once your order is shipped

Shipping and Delivery timeline : 2 - 5 Business Days

We offer free domestic delivery for orders above INR 2000.

Otherwise standard shipping rates apply.

Do note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays do not count as working days

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following:

Razor Pay India - Net Banking, Credit, Debit, Amex, International Cards, UPI, Wallets

We offer Cash on Delivery for Non-Personalised Orders only. And up to INR 5,000/-

An order can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing it.

Once the order has been given for personalization or it has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be canceled.
