Refund policy

At Torii we adhere to the  highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

  1. Apparel and footwear is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. 
  1. Home category products is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. 
  1. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange. 
  1. Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange. 
  1. Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. 
  1. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

How to Request for an Exchange?

If your item meets our eligibility criteria above, please email us on shop@torii.co.in within 7 days of order receipt with the following information:

a. Your order number and the item you would like to exchange

b. The size you would want to exchange it for
c. Pickup address and contact number

Our team will get back to you via email in 3-5 working days.

How soon will I get my exchanged item?

Once your exchange request is approved, it takes 2-4 days to schedule a pick-up for your item and  7-10 days in transit to reach us. Upon arrival at our warehouse, our quality team checks for damages, etc. before authorising the item for an exchange or refund.

If your returned item meets our quality check, the exchanged item will be dispatched from our warehouse within immediately and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 3-7 days for domestic orders.
